The CCN informs you that the access and use of the portal www.ccn.cni.es, as well as the services or contents that can be obtained through it, are subject to the terms detailed in this Legal Notice, without prejudice that the access to some of these services or contents could require the acceptance of other types of conditions that will be previously shown to you.

Therefore, if you do not agree with the considerations detailed in this Legal Notice, please do not make use of the portal, since any use you make of it or of the services and contents included in it will imply the full and unreserved acceptance of the legal terms included in this text.

The CCN reserves the right to make changes in the portal without previous notice, in order to update, correct, modify, add or eliminate the contents of the portal or its design. Likewise, the CCN owns the trademarks, signs, distinctive signs or logos of the CCN that appear in the web, and as such are duly registered.

Use of IP addresses and navigation with cookies

The resolution of any controversy that may arise from the visit to the website, or from the use of the services offered therein, shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid.

 

Multilanguage Version

The CCN web portal is translated into several official Spanish languages in their respective territories, in accordance with the provisions of Article 3 of the Spanish Constitution of 1978 and its Statutes of Autonomy. It is also translated into a foreign language (English).

The content of the portal is translated according to the different levels of depth. The continuously updated sections are excluded from the translation, given the immediacy of the changes proposed therein, as well as the legal regulations.

It should be noted that, in general, there may be a time lag between the Spanish version and the other languages, due to the translation process.
